Be the Real you

Hi all, I know it's been about a week since I last posted I haven't had any ideas on what to write about, and it's been a little crazy around here lately. But I'm back today with a new post.
Sometimes we tell people that we are fine when they ask how we are when really we are not ok don't we? We hide the Real us because we don't want people to know the real us but, we need to know ourselves and be true to us. In His word God calls us to be genuine so much so that our lives truly reveal who we are on the inside. That is something that only God can help us with to take who people see on the outside and make us the same on the inside he is ready and willing to help us. A person who is strong and can speak truth, who is true on the inside, and relies on God to make us know wisdom. I want to be that kind of person don't you? the Bible says in Psalm 15:1,2 LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. Behold, thou desireth truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Psalm 51:6. And remember Jesus Loves you and so do I. Until next time God Bless,

Don't Compare yourself-You are Fearfully and Wonderfully made

Hi Everyone, Happy New year 2020 was not the year anyone expected and I didn't want to write any blog post for a long time my hope is to write more this year. I hope 2021 is better for everyone. Today's verse is Psalm 139:14-I will praise thee;for I am fearfuly and wonderfully made:marvellous are thy works;and that my soul knoweth right well. I started a new devotions book that I got for Christmas. We as Humans (and especially women)tend to compare ourselves to other people what they have or how they look but there is no need in doing that because your self-esteem is not derived from how you preform at your job or what nice things you may have or even how your body looks. your self-worth comes from the One who created you and He's already shown what He thinks of us because He died for us. So this year let's try to not compare ourselves to others because the only one who's opinion(about your self) really matters is Jesus. and remember that Jesus loves you and so d...

Snow Days

Hello Everyone,  I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and A Happy New Year, I was looking at my blog and realized that I hadn't written since Sept. of last year wow I did not write as much as I wanted to last year because I got so busy and lets be honest Life Happens. So for my first post of 2017, It Snowed here and for most of the East Coast, we got about 5in. of snow here where I live but the wind has really pushed it around so in places it looks like less and others look like more lol. I'll be honest I don't really love snow or a whole lot of it at one time anyway but it is beautiful and God sends what we need when we need it he knows what's best. Just as the snow is white Jesus will wash us whiter then snow. "Whiter then Snow Lord wash me just now as in thy presence humbly I bow." And remember Jesus Loves you and so do I. Until next time God Bless,                     ...

Even though you can't see him God is there

Hi all,  Last night my Pastor preached about how even though we can't see God he is there and that just because we can't see Him that doesn't mean that he's not real, that we can't know him, that he doesn't care, and that he's not Faithful. He Is All Those Things! and I want all of you to know that no matter what your going through He cares for you and He is Faithful. In his word it says God is Faithful and it also says cast all your cares on him for he cares for you. Even when you feel like He's a million miles away from you he's right there and wants to talk to you. He already knows so we might as well tell him him about our cares. Cause " through it all we can learn to trust him" and  remember Jesus loves you and so do I. Until next time God bless,                                                       Hannah
